  1. What toy is best for my sized dog?
    A
    :  Our toys are categorized as small, medium, medium-large, and large to make it easy to match a toy to your sized dog.  We also list the dimensions of each toy on their “Add to Cart” page so you can confirm the size is just right for your dog before you order it.

  2. My dog chews up every toy he gets within minutes.  How are these toys any different?
    A:
      The toys we sell are made with multiple layers of bonded and durable material with extra stitching making them one of the "tuffest" soft toys available.  However, keep in mind that these toys are
    NOT chew toys and will not stand up to a dog's constant chewing.  These toys are intended for interactive play and for training.  So, if you play with your dog then put the toy away when you're done, they will last quite a long time even with rough play.

  3. What kind of guarantee do you offer?
    A:
      All our toys are guaranteed against
    manufacturer's defects ONLY.  If the toy appears defective, do not give it to your dog.  Contact us within 7 days and we will gladly replace it or offer a refund.  However, these toys are NOT indestructible nor will they stand up to a dog's constant chewing.  Therefore, we cannot offer any guarantee on the length of the useful life of these toys.  Remember, it is your responsibility to ensure your dog does not chew or swallow any part of these toys.

  4. I did not buy my toy from your website, but rather at a local store or from another website.  Can I return it to you for a refund or exchange if it's defective?
    A:
      Unfortunately no.  We can only assist our customers who bought directly from our website.  We are not the brand owner / manufacturer of Tuffy®, Mighty®, or DuraForce® Brand Pet Toys, nor are we affiliated with any other store or website.  You should contact the vendor who sold you the toy and work with
    their customer service department or contact the brand owner directly for assistance.  The brand owner is VIP Products (www.vipproducts.com).

  5. I noticed a "Discount Code" box at the bottom of the checkout page.  How can I get a Discount Code?
    A:
      Simply send us an e-mail requesting a discount code and we'd be happy to send you one.  The discount applies to all items in your shopping cart even if it is already on sale.

  6. What kind of discounts do you offer?
    A:
      In addition to a basic 10% discount, we can offer a higher repeat customer discount, bulk savings, reduced shipping on large orders, group discounts, etc.  Simply e-mail us and we'll work with you to get you the best deal possible for your specific situation.

  7. The toy I want is listed as "Out of Stock."  When will it be in stock again?
    A:
      Toys are usually restocked within 2 to 4 weeks.  Due to the popularity of these toys, some will be out of stock at any given time.  However, we are constantly getting in new shipments.  So, keep checking back until your toy is available, or pick a different color if that is an option.

  8. I live outside the United States.  Why can't I buy toys on your site?
    A: 
    We are an independent U.S.A. retailer only.  Our website only allows shipments to addresses within the United States of America.

  9. What shipping method do you use to ship your toys?
    A:
      All our toys are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).  The customer decides whether to ship via ground or air on the checkout page.

  10. How loud are the squeakers?
    A:
      The squeakers are loud enough to excite a dog, but quiet enough to not be annoying to their owners.

  11. Do you sell toys without any squeakers?
    A:  Yes.  Many of the Barnyard animals, Large Dinosaurs, and a few others have no squeakers.  We list how many squeakers each toy has on their “Add to Cart” page so you can confirm this before you place your order.

  12. My dog likes to play fetch in the ocean or a lake.  Do Tuffy Toys float and are they washable?
    A:
      Yes!  All our toys are designed to float and are machine washable (air dry only please).  This makes them ideal for water play, and after a good wash, they're as good as new.

  13. Why do you require my e-mail address when I place an order?
    A:
      We use your e-mail address only to contact you about issues regarding your order and occasionally to inform you of sales or new toys.  Be assured we will never sell or give out your e-mail or personal information to anyone else.

  14. Is your TuffieToys.com site secure for credit card transactions?
    A:
      Yes.  Our site is secure and uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for the strongest encryption available to safeguard your personal information.
